Martineau Woods

These 2 acres of rugged woods off Rockledge Drive in North Falmouth were donated to The 300 Committee in January 2017 by Barbara and Gerald Martineau to ensure that the land is never developed. The parcel is further protected by a conservation restriction held by the Compact of Cape Cod Conservation Trusts. This land is not meant for public access and is deemed "forever wild."
