"Pondview"-Pastor Conservation Land

Property Address: 77 Sam Turner Road, Hatchville

The Pastor family initially granted a conservation restriction (CR) on this 0.62-acre property with frontage on Deep Pond to The 300 Committee in 2007. Several years later, the family decided to donate the land outright. In order to accept the donation, T3C transferred the CR to the Compact of Cape Cod Conservation Trusts and then was able to accept title to the property. The CR transfer and land donation were completed in 2014.
