Joe Andrews Joins T3C Board

The 300 Committee is delighted to welcome our newest board member, Joseph Andrews. Joe was unanimously elected to the land trust’s 15-member board during its annual meeting on July 11, 2024. Joe is the sixth son of Marina and Tony Andrews of Tony Andrews Farm. His family has a long and storied history in Falmouth. Joe was the senior class president of the first graduating class of what was then the new Falmouth High School.

After graduating from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, Joe embarked on a successful career in business consulting and human resources management, serving as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Chief Compliance Officer for Progress Software Corporation, overseeing the company's human capital management strategy in 38 countries. Joe then founded his own executive leadership coaching and consulting company.

Joe moved back to Falmouth in 2014, where he was instrumental in conserving his family's 46-acre farm in East Falmouth as permanently preserved agricultural and conservation land. He lives on Green Pond and was a founding member of the Green Pond Yacht Club.
