Baptiste Lane Parcel

Across from White’s Landing on Waquoit Highway is a little-known tract of 6.9 acres the town acquired in 1983 for nonpayment of taxes. The wooded property, which is not far from Childs River, extends north along Barrows Road. In 1991, Town Meeting voted to transfer control of the parcel to the Conservation Commission.
