Take the 300 Mile Challenge!

With over 100 miles of hiking trails in Falmouth, some handicap accessible, some long, some short, and all offering glimpses of Cape Cod’s diverse ecosystems, we challenge you to get hiking and see just how much you can explore.

How it works

  1. Get your Trek Tracker. There are two options:
            a. Keep track on paper. Download a PDF of our Trek Tracker or pick up paper copies at the T3C office.
            b. Use our digital Trek Tracker spreadsheet to log your miles
  2. Fill in your name and email.
  3. Notify us that you are participating. If you are keeping track on paper, email [email protected] to let us know you are part of the challenge. If you are using the spreadsheet, share your copy with [email protected]
  4. Visit any of Falmouth’s 30+ trail systems and log your hiking miles and the time it took (the time is optional) on the Trek Tracker. (We want to include everyone who wishes to participate! While the overall goal is to encourage exploration of our many protected lands in town, walking ANYWHERE in Falmouth is great.)
  5. Trail maps may be found on T3C’s website.  Joining an organized T3C walk will help you reach your goal. Using one of the many fitness or GPS apps on your phone will help you track your mileage.
  6. Have fun!
