Cape Cod Beagle Club

The Cape Cod Beagle Club was one of the early property owners to protect land — and save on real estate taxes — with a conservation restriction. The club put its 149 acres on Old Barnstable Road under a CR in 1978, the same year the Falmouth Rod and Gun Club used the same method to protect its 132 acres on Carriage Shop Road.

There is no public access on the Beagle Club property.
