New Labyrinth at Teaticket Park
A new labyrinth at Teaticket Park offers a contemplative space to walk and reflect.
For thousands of years, walking labyrinths have served as aids to meditation, spiritual growth and stress reduction. This labyrinth was designed and built by Will Thrasher of East Falmouth for his Eagle Scout project
“I hope people can walk around and relax and enjoy the view,” Will said.
Teaticket Park is located at 205 Teaticket Highway. To visit the labyrinth, walk left out of the parking lot, down past the maintenance shed, to where the labyrinth is nestled in the northwest corner of the grasslands.
“We’re thrilled with how well the labyrinth came together,” said Jessica Whritenour, The 300 Committee’s executive director. “We think visitors to Teaticket Park will love it.”
