Our New Home!

Occupancy permit in hand, we are delighted to be fully moved into our new headquarters at 13 Thomas B. Landers Road in East Falmouth. The property has all the elements The 300 Committee needs to thrive and grow: conference rooms, inviting work spaces, a handicapped accessible entrance and first floor, and garage spaces big enough for hosting stewardship workshops and storing our land management tools.

After years of searching, we knew this property (with some renovations) would meet all our needs and purchased it in November of 2022 for $1.4 million. Fundraising is near the finish line. Learn more about our "Pathway To Permeance Campaign."

The property is know as Millstone Farm and is the former home of the Zylinski family. In this video, Scott Zylinski takes viewers through the property's rich history as a working farm.
